How we use cookies
A short, plain-language guide to the cookies on the Help Ariseth website, what they do, and how you stay in control of them.
Last updated: 30 September 20261.What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your phone or computer when you visit. They help the site work properly, remember your choices, and show us how the site is used. Similar tools, such as scripts and tracking pixels, work in much the same way, so this policy covers them too.
2.The types of cookies we use
We group our cookies into three types. Only essential cookies are used without asking you first.
Essential
Keep the site working and secure, for example logging in, your basket, booking, payments and remembering your cookie choices.
Always onStatistics
Show us, in general terms, which pages are visited and how, so we can improve the site. For example, Google Analytics.
Only with your consentMarketing
Help us understand how our adverts perform on social media. For example, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel.
Only with your consent3.Your choices
- When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept, refuse or choose which types of cookies you allow.
- You can change your mind at any time using the Change my cookie settings button on this page.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, such as logging in, booking or checkout, may not work.
Your counselling is not tracked. Cookies only relate to how you use this website. What you share in counselling is never collected through cookies.
4.More about your privacy
To learn how we handle your personal information and the rights you have over it, please read our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about cookies, email us at admin@helpariseth.com.

Other services
Some pages use tools from other services, such as online booking (Cal.com), email sign-up forms (MailerLite), secure forms (Google) and embedded videos. These services may set their own cookies when you use them. Those cookies are controlled by the service, not by us, and are explained in each service's own privacy and cookie policies.
Change my cookie settings
You can accept or refuse statistics and marketing cookies at any time. Your choice applies straight away.
Please use the cookie settings button at the bottom corner of your screen.
6.Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies in their settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Security". Look in the help section of your browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) for instructions. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of our website working, such as logging in, booking or checkout.
7.Changes to this policy
We review this policy when we add or remove tools from our website. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
