What happens when you contact a counsellor here

There is no pressure and nothing to sign. You can ask your question, think about the answer, and decide in your own time.

  1. You reach outBook a free call, send an email or text, whichever feels right.
  2. You get a personal replyA real, calm response from Help Ariseth, never an automated sales message.
  3. You decide what happens nextIf counselling feels right, you can book your first session. If not, that is completely fine.

You do not need to explain everything

A first message can be as short as "I would like to talk to someone". Please keep personal details brief until you speak with Funmilola, and share more only when you feel ready.

Where sessions happen

Online on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the UK. In-person sessions in Rainham are available by arrangement.
