Do you feel overwhelmed by life’s noise, craving a peaceful, quiet inner space? The path to inner peace and freedom begins with self-awareness, which involves truly knowing yourself beyond your roles and connecting with your true soul.
This course, “Self Awareness | The Inner Peace Pathway 1,” is the first step in your six-week journey to better self-understanding through the Self-Management Pathway. Led by Lola, your caring Inner Peace Counsellor.
Self-awareness helps you grow emotionally and personally. It enables you to make better choices, build healthier relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself, including your strengths, values, feelings, hopes, and challenges. Many people think they are self-aware, but research shows few truly are, often acting on autopilot. The good news is that self-awareness is a skill you can learn and improve. As you develop it, you’ll find it easier to manage your emotions, communicate better, and make decisions that lead to more happiness and confidence.

In this intentionally slow-paced and spacious session, you will be gently guided to:

  • Pause and reflect on your current emotional landscape, articulating how you truly feel.
  • Explore the underlying causes of these feelings, recognising the situations, events, or even your own role in shaping them.
  • Articulate your heartfelt desires for change, laying the foundation for your personal goals and an onward movement in your inner peace journey.

Through journaling prompts, therapeutic questions, and intentional stillness, you’ll gain deeper insight and bring subconscious thoughts to the surface, helping you identify patterns and emotional triggers. This practice fosters emotional regulation, improved communication, and greater self-confidence, allowing you to make choices aligned with your true self.

This is more than just a course; it’s an invitation to connect with your inner world and cultivate harmony between your soul and the life you’re living, moving from inner chaos to inner calm.
